Select sales and then my sales.
Select a sale.
Select send HOI Report
Select a horse.
You can choose to fill in details to send reports by sms or email, as well as both.
You can select a pre saved sms message template from the drop down menu or leave as default.
Enter in your message or leave as default.
Enter in the email subject or leave as default
Enter in your message or leave as default.
You can choose to include the catalogue pedigree, and also view it.
Select edit to replace the catalogue pedigree.
Select replace.
You can scan or upload a file and choose to share it to the public catalogue. Once you're happy select upload.
Choose the report types you wish to include and select upload to upload files.
Select next.
You can manually add a viewer or import a contact.
You can also select viewers and decide wether to send the report by sms message, email or both.
Select next.
Select send and the report will be sent.

Select all sales.
Select a sale.
Select SMS HOI report
Select a horse from the drop down menu.
Enter in the email subject and message or leave as default.
Enter in your SMS message or leave as default.
You have the option to manually add a viewer or chose from the list below.
Select the viewer(s) and then select the icons to chose wether to send the report by sms, email or both.
For existing reports you wish to send simply tick the box. To upload new reports select the red X.
To edit the subject line and message for individual viewers, select edit message.
To preview the HOI report select the icons on the far right.
Scroll to the top and select send reports.
