Add and remove users from your account
See how to add and remove users
- Log into portal.thoroughworks.com
- Click on your username on the left hand side of the screen.
- Click on subscription.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen.
- Click the red X button on a user to delete them.
- To add a new user click the add a user button.
- Enter in the users first and last name.
- For the username use the email address of the user.
- Enter in the same email address in the email address box underneath.
- Enter in their phone number.
- Enter in their email address in the reply to email box. This email address will be used to send out reports and received any replies from emails.
- Turn all off the notifications and push notifications on.
- Enter in your custom email signature.
- Upload a profile picture at the top left of the screen.
- Once you are happy click save at the top right hand side of the screen.
