Add and remove users from your account

See how to add and remove users 



  1. Log into portal.thoroughworks.com
  2. Click on your username on the left hand side of the screen.

  3. Click on subscription.

  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen.
  5. Click the red X button on a user to delete them.

  6. To add a new user click the add a user button.

  7. Enter in the users first and last name.

  8. For the username use the email address of the user.

  9. Enter in the same email address in the email address box underneath.

  10. Enter in their phone number.

  11. Enter in their email address in the reply to email box. This email address will be used to send out reports and received any replies from emails.

  12. Turn all off the notifications and push notifications on.

  13. Enter in your custom email signature.

  14. Upload a profile picture at the top left of the screen.

  15. Once you are happy click save at the top right hand side of the screen.
