Add Paper Inspection Card
See how to enter a paper inspection card using the Mobile app and the Consignor Portal
Using the ThoroughWorks Mobile App
- Select sales from the bottom menu.
- Select a Sale (select the catalog cover image).
- Select add inspection card from the dashboard.
- Enter Viewer Name(s).
- Enter a Representing name (optional).
- Select NEXT (phone only).
- Select the Horses that were inspected.
- Select the 3 dots or down arrow next to a horses name to mark Vet Inspection Types, High Interest, and Comments.
- Check or un check create another and then click save
Using the Consignor Portal
- Select sales.
- Select all sales.
- Select a sale.
- Select the horses tab
- Select create inspection card.
- Enter Viewer Name(s)
- Enter in a representing name (optional)
- Enter in disclosed client name and vet clinic name (optional)
- Select the Horses that were inspected. You can use the quick fill option or do this manually.
- Select the 3 dots next to a horses name to mark Vet Inspection Types, High Interest, and Comments and then click save.
- Scroll to the top and select save.
