Add Paper Inspection Card

See how to enter a paper inspection card using the Mobile app and the Consignor Portal

Using the ThoroughWorks Mobile App

  1. Select sales from the bottom menu.

  2. Select a Sale (select the catalog cover image).

  3. Select add inspection card from the dashboard.

  4. Enter Viewer Name(s).

  5. Enter a Representing name (optional).

  6. Select NEXT (phone only).

  7. Select the Horses that were inspected.

  8. Select the 3 dots or down arrow next to a horses name to mark Vet Inspection Types, High Interest, and Comments.

  9. Check or un check create another and then click save

Using the Consignor Portal

  1. Select sales.
    Sales

  2. Select all sales.
    ALL SALES

  3. Select a sale.
    CLICK IN TO A SALE

  4. Select the horses tab

  5. Select create inspection card.

  6. Enter Viewer Name(s)

  7. Enter in a representing name (optional)

  8. Enter in disclosed client name and vet clinic name (optional)

  9. Select the Horses that were inspected. You can use the quick fill option or do this manually.

  10. Select the 3 dots next to a horses name to mark Vet Inspection Types, High Interest, and Comments and then click save.

  11. Scroll to the top and select save.
