Create owner Log ins

Create a new member login

1. Select owners from the menu on the left of the screen.
   
   
   
   
2. Select all owners.
   
   
   
   
3. Select an owner name.
   
   
   
   
4. Select the shared tab at the top of the screen.
   
   
   
   
5. In the user name box enter in the members email address.
   
   
   
   
6. Tick the create new box.
   
   
   
   
7. Enter in a password.
   
   
   
8. Select create sharing.
   
   
   
9. The owner log in is now created and they can login with the email and password you set.
10. The member will now be able to see all of the horses under this specific owner.
11. To remove any member click the X under member details.
    
    
    
    
12. Once you are happy select save at the top of the screen.
    
    
    

Create a login for a member that already exists in the system

1. Select on owners from the menu on the left of the screen.
   
   
   
   
2. Select on all owners.
   
   
   
   
3. Select an owner name.
   
   
   
   
4. Select the shared tab at the top of the screen.
   
   
   
   
5. In the user name box enter in the members email address.
   
   
   
   
6. If the member already exists when you try to enter in a password and select create sharing you will be shown an error message.
   
   
   
7. Leave the create new box unticked.
   
   
   
   
8. Select verify username.
   
   
   
9. Select create sharing.
   
   
   
   
10. The member will now be able to see all of the horses under this specific owner.
11. To remove any member select the X under member details.
    
    
    
    
12. Once you are happy select save at the top of the screen.
