Create a new member login
- Select owners from the menu on the left of the screen.
- Select all owners.
- Select an owner name.
- Select the shared tab at the top of the screen.
- In the user name box enter in the members email address.
- Tick the create new box.
- Enter in a password.
- Select create sharing.
- The owner log in is now created and they can login with the email and password you set.
- The member will now be able to see all of the horses under this specific owner.
- To remove any member click the X under member details.
- Once you are happy select save at the top of the screen.
Create a login for a member that already exists in the system
- Select on owners from the menu on the left of the screen.
- Select on all owners.
- Select an owner name.
- Select the shared tab at the top of the screen.
- In the user name box enter in the members email address.
- If the member already exists when you try to enter in a password and select create sharing you will be shown an error message.
- Leave the create new box unticked.
- Select verify username.
- Select create sharing.
- The member will now be able to see all of the horses under this specific owner.
- To remove any member select the X under member details.
- Once you are happy select save at the top of the screen.
