# HIP/LOT Allocation Report

## See how to send allocation reports

1. Select sales.

2. Select all sales.

3. Select a sale.

4. Select sale reports.

5. Select lot number allocation.

6. You can change the email subject, email body, reply to email, edit signature and add attachments or leave as default.

7. Check or leave unchecked "include estimated sale time"

8. Scroll down to the send reports section and select contacts. You can select all or individuals.

9. Select horse list to see all the horses included in the report.

10. Select preview to view the report or preview pdf to view it in pdf format.

11. Scroll up and select send reports when ready to send.
