Overview mode walkthrough

A closer look at the overview mode within the LIM tool.

  1. Select sales from the bottom menu.

  2. Select a Sale (select the catalog cover image).

  3. Select live inspection management at the bottom of the screen.

  4. Click the view drop down menu on the top left of the screen and select overview.

  5. The overview mode will give you a birds eye view of your consignment at the barn.
  6. At the top of the screen are your lot numbers.

  7. Lot numbers are colour coded and organised by how many viewers are still there looking to inspect each lot number.

  8. Black means there is nobody still there waiting to see the horse.
  9. Green means there are 1-3 buyers that have that horse on their inspection card and they are waiting to see it.
  10. Brown is 3-4 buyers.
  11. Red is 5 or more buyers.
  12. By clicking a green lot number you can see the list of buyers who still need to see that horse and who they are currently with.

  13. Below the lot numbers you will see a list of all the cards that are in progress or ready to start.

  14. On the left hand side are the viewers names.

  15. On the right hand side you can see how many horses they still need to inspect, the day and time the card was submitted and the person that is managing their card.

  16. If a card is ready to start click assign to assign the card to a specific workspace.

  17. You can click on any viewers to see the status of their card and any horses they have chosen to inspect.

  18. The cards will be labelled pending if the horse has not been inspected or this horse has been inspected if it has been inspected.

  19. To go back to the workspaces view select it from the view drop down menu at the top left of the screen.
