- Select sales.
- Select all sales.
- Select a sale.
- Select sale reports.
- Select owner account notification at the top.
- Scroll down to the send reports tab and select the owner(s) you wish to notify. You can select all or individual owners.
- Select edit message if you wish to change the message from the default message above.
- Scroll to the top and select send reports.
- The owner will now receive an email containing their username and any other details you entered.
