QR Code - Receive inspection cards using your unique QR code

See how to use QR codes 

  1. Once a buyer scans your QR code they can either create an account or continue as a guest.

  2. If they select continue as guest, they will be shown your consignment of horses which is essentially your digital inspection card.

  3. They can then select the horses that they want to inspect as well as use the quick fill options to customise their view.

  4. They can easily add and remove horses from the list by simply clicking on them.
  5. Once the buyer is ready they can click ready to inspect.

  6. In the details box only the buyers name is mandatory in order to submit the card.

  7. We advise telling the buyer to enter their number as this can be used to send notifications when you're ready to start their card as well as for additional info on horses of interest.

  8. Once they have entered their details they then click submit card.

  9. This will send the inspection card to your app and will be immediately available for you to start working on, on both your phone and tablet.
  10. All inspection cards submitted via your QR codewill appear in the ready column at the top right of your screen.

  11. All of your workspace managers can open your ready column to view any inspection cards that have been submitted.

  12. To start an inspection card, click on the buyers name and assign someone to the card.

  13. The card will then be populated in the workspace ready to complete.

  14. To send a card back to the ready column, another workspace or to assign it to someone else click on the reassign button on the top left.
