- Select sales.
- Select all sales.
- Select a sale.
- Select horses from the top menu.
- Click record result under the actions tab next to a horse (you may need to scroll right to see this column).
- Change the status.
- Make sure the horse status is set to non current.
- Set the date.
- Click save.
