Reset Password

You can reset your password using the ThoroughWorks app, consignor portal, and public sales website.

ThoroughWorks App

1. In the username field enter in the email address you used to sign up with.
   
   
   
2. Select forgot password.
   
   
   
3. The below message will pop up on the screen.
   
   
   
4. Open the email that has been sent to your email address.
   
   
5. In the email, select the link to reset your password.
   
6. Enter your new password in both fields and select 'Recover Password'.
7. You will now be able to log into ThoroughWorks using your new password.

Consignor Portal

1. Head to portal.thoroughworks.com
2. Select 'Forgot Password' located above the Sign In button.
   
3. Enter in the email address you use to login and click recover.
   
4. Open the email that has been sent to your email address.
5. In the email, select the link to reset your password.
   
6. Enter your new password in both fields and select Recover Password.
7. You will now be able to log into ThoroughWorks using your new password.

1. Select the log-in/sign up icon
   
   
   
2. Select login under consignor portal.
   
   
   
3. Select Forgot Password.
   
   
   
4. Enter in the email address you use to login and click recover.
   
   
   
5. Open the email that has been sent to your email address.

7. Enter your new password in both fields and select Recover Password.
