Upload and Share Media, URL links, and PDF Documents to the catalog to horses in a sale

Select sales on the left hand side.
Select all sales.
Select a sale
Select the horses tab.
Select a horse.
Select catalogue profile.
In the sales profile box you can enter in information about the horse.
In the Horse profile links section select add new to upload urls such as youtube videos and give the link a unique name.
In catalogue horse media select upload new to upload photos and videos from your computer.
Select share horse media to access any media that is already uploaded to the horses profile outside of the sale.
Select the media and click share.
Select the media then click share horse media to upload this to the horses sale profile. You can also input a custom media name.
Select share sales documents to see all of the sales documents you have previously uploaded. You can then share these documents to the horses sale profile.
Scroll to the top of the screen and click save once you are happy.
