Create clinical report

Select sales
Select a sale.
Select the magnifying glass icon on the top right hand side of the screen.
Search for a specific horse by entering in Lot, name or dam.
Select create report.
Select new clinical report.
On the left hand side you will see all of the clinical findings options.
At the top right of the screen you can select rate all default to set all findings to default.
On the left hand side you can rate each finding from the drop down menu as either ok or abnormal.
On the right hand side click edit to add a comment.
You can select a pre saved comment by clicking the + icon or enter in a custom comment in the box below.
Once completed select the done button or clear to erase any comments.
Select the paper click icon to upload photos and videos from your device, or access the horses media if applicable.
Select the camera icon to scan a document or take a new photo or video to upload
Select the audio icon to record and upload audio
Once you are happy with the report select save at the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
Select view report to view the final report or done.
