Create scope report

Select sales
Select the applicable sale.
Select the magnifying glass icon on the top right hand side of the screen.
Search for a specific horse by entering in Lot, name or dam.
Select create report.
Select new scope report.
Choose wether the report is being done from a repository video or a physical inspection.
Select choose to view lane grading
Select a lane grade from 1-5
Select the + icon next to comments.
You can select one one of the pre saved comments from the drop down list.
Alternatively you can enter in a custom comment in the exam comments box.
Select the paper click icon to upload photos and videos from your device, or access the horses media if applicable.
Select the camera icon to scan a document or take a new photo or video to upload
Select the audio icon to record and upload audio
Once you are happy with the report select save at the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
Select view report to view the final report or done.
