- Select sales
- Select the applicable sale.
- Select the magnifying glass icon on the top right hand side of the screen.
- Search for a specific horse by entering in Lot, name or dam.
- Select create report.
- Select new X-ray report.
- On the left hand side you have all of the radiographic findings.
- You can select rate all at the top right of the screen to rate all findings as default rating.
- To add individual ratings select the ratings box or +more.
- You can then enter the risk rating from 1-4 from the drop down menu.
- You can also enter the management rating from 1-4, however this is optional.
- the right of the screen to add comments, then select a pre saved comment
- Alternatively you can enter in a custom comment in the comments section.
- Select done at the bottom of the screen to save.
- Select the paper click icon to upload photos and videos from your device, or access the horses media if applicable.
- Select the camera icon to scan a document or take a new photo or video to upload.
- Select the audio icon to record and upload audio.
- Once you are happy with the report click save at the bottom right of the screen.
- Select view report to view the final report or done.
