- Select the profile icon at the top right of the screen, then select settings.
- Select sales x-ray.
- Select the categories you wish to view when doing an X-Ray report.
- Choose wether or not to show the risk management rating in the final report. You can also choose which scale to use.
- Select the add button to add in any comments that are applicable to each area under radiographic findings.
- Select the contacts you wish to cc' in to reports when they are sent. You can also add new contacts by selecting add.
- You can edit the disclaimer which will be shown on the report by entering text in the box provided.
- Once you are happy select save.
