# X-Ray report settings 

## See how to configure X-Ray report settings

1. Select the profile icon at the top right of the screen, then select settings.

2. Select sales x-ray.

3. Select the categories you wish to view when doing an X-Ray report.

4. Choose wether or not to show the risk management rating in the final report. You can also choose which scale to use.

5. Select the add button to add in any comments that are applicable to each area under radiographic findings.

6. Select the contacts you wish to cc' in to reports when they are sent. You can also add new contacts by selecting add.

7. You can edit the disclaimer which will be shown on the report by entering text in the box provided.

8. Once you are happy select save.
