Create X-ray report

Select sales
Select the applicable sale.
Select the magnifying glass icon on the top right hand side of the screen.
Search for a specific horse by entering in Lot, name or dam.
Select create report.
Select new X-ray report.
On the left hand side you have all of the radiographic findings.
You can select rate all at the top right of the screen to rate all findings as default rating.
To add individual ratings select the ratings box or +more.
You can then enter the risk rating from 1-4 from the drop down menu.
You can also enter the management rating from 1-4, however this is optional.

Alternatively you can enter in a custom comment in the comments section.
Select done at the bottom of the screen to save.
Select the paper click icon to upload photos and videos from your device, or access the horses media if applicable.
Select the camera icon to scan a document or take a new photo or video to upload.
Select the audio icon to record and upload audio.
Once you are happy with the report click save at the bottom right of the screen.
Select view report to view the final report or done.
